H.E. Darm Boontham is a distinguished Thai diplomat currently serving as the Ambassador of Thailand to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He graduated in Political Science (International Relations) from Thammasat University, one of Thailand’s most prestigious institutions. Early in his diplomatic career, he specialized in international law, working in the Treaties and Legal Affairs Division and later in the Boundary Affairs Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

His professional development also includes advanced training in international law and diplomacy, as well as experience in research on historical treaties, boundary documentation, and archival analysis, utilizing his proficiency in the French language.
